Posing. | Newborn photography in Fayetteville, Wilmington, Hope Mills, Raeford, Fort Bragg, Leland, Clinton, Whiteville, Elizabethtown, NC

Over the weekend I spent a few days in Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas. It was a pleasure to teach a few fellow photographers about Newborn Photography and posing techniques. When working with a newborn, it is the fine details of posing that make great images. An experienced photographer should be able to provide you with a few dozen high quality, well posed images of your new baby. You should expect a variety of poses and sets. And most importantly, your baby should be safe and secure at all times. Two pairs of hands are needed to safely pose and position a newborn. That second person could be a trained assistant, or in the least, should be a parent assisting with specific instruction.
This beautiful baby girl visited us in the studio in January. It was so much fun to get super girly with our sets just for her. Sometimes it’s so very hard to choose just 3 images for our blog posts!
Professional Newborn Photography comes with a few important benefits: 1-an expertly custom crafted newborn session, 2-the distinct difference of using a studio space tailored for the best newborn session experience, 3-excellent customer service that means you can expect our dedication to you before, during, and after the session. We do this job every day of the week, not just for weekend amusement. We take our craft seriously and it is our full time job. We take the time to consult with you before your session to design an experience that is unique and specific to your needs. We use our 16 years of experience and training in photography to provide you with the very best quality newborn images you can find in southeastern NC. And most of all, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your baby during every pose. Newborn posing is an art form all it’s own, and our clients can expect an average of 25 unique, high quality, and well posed newborn images. Call us with questions. View our galleries for examples. And plan to schedule your newborn session before you reach 30 weeks of pregnancy. We book newborns up to 6 months in advance.
